Treat Yourself

How do you cope when the sun is out and there’s still so much to do?! The answer is surely to treat yourself! A blast of sunshine and deep breath of fresh air can do wonders to boost moral. Better still, a brisk walk, kick about or swim can freshen up the grey cells ready for the next instalment. If the clock is ticking and the pressure is too much, how about star jumps whilst reciting something useful (conjugations, times tables, prime numbers). If you have a lovely, helpful person about, they could quiz you, challenge you even. How about penalty press ups for a hesitation and ice cream for 10 top answers in a row! The lying on the grass with a book open is not recommended, however: far too sleep inducing! Rest assured, the end of revision and exams is truly in sight now so just a little bit more steam to get over the hump of these next few weeks.
