Clifton College: This is a co-educational day and boarding school for 1245 pupils aged 2 to 18. For 11+ entry, there are entrance exams in English, Maths and General Ability. These are the school's own exams and not ISEB 11+ Common Entrance Exams. For 13+ entry, students in the junior part of the school sit a Transfer or Scholarship examinations to The Upper School. These are similar in content to and standard as the ISEB 13+ Common Entrance and Common Scholarship papers. Pupils wishing to join at 13+ from other schools will sit Common Entrance Exams in the Year 8. The average required for entry is 50%. Scholarships are available and offer 25% remission on fees.
